Non-medicinal ingredients :

Blessed Thistle : Cellulose, magnesium stearate and hypromellose.
Milk Thistle : Cellulose, magnesium stearate and gelatin.
Fenugreek : Cellulose, magnesium stearate and hypromellose.

Format :

Blessed Thistle : 60 vegetable capsules
Milk Thistle : 90 capsules
Fenugreek : 60 vegetable capsules

Recommended dosage :

Blessed Thistle : Adults: Take 1 capsule, 1 or 2 times daily.
Milk Thistle : Adult, 1 capsule 3 times daily. Take with a glass of water. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Fenugreek : Adults: Take 1 capsule, 1 or 2 times daily.
