Recommended dosage:

Infants and children 2 years and younger: Following birth, add 0.5 ml of the contents to breast milk or food and administer to baby once daily for up to 2 years. Children 3-12 years: Administer 0.5 ml daily into the mouth or mix with juice. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
